OAKLAND, Calif. — Police activity is underway in downtown Oakland Friday night following a shooting at a restaurant, that left a shooting victim in stable condition.
The incident happened at Pierre Pierre, a Southern cuisine restaurant located on the 400 block of 13th Street.
