VACAVILLE, Calif. — A two vehicle crash involving a Camry and an Altima caused delays for drivers Wednesday night in Vacaville.
The crash happened in the area of Vaca Valley Parkway near Allison Parkway around 7:05 pm, according to scanner traffic.
A Vacaville Police Officer responding to the accident told Jayden Lacy Reports that speed and wet roads as a result of the atmospheric river were likely contributors to the accident.
On scene, JLR observed one of the vehicles feet away from where the crash occurred in a muddy area where a tow truck was seen trying to retrieve one of the cars from the mud.
No one was injured, police said.
